Mopris Foundation (MF) is a non Governmental & non Political Organisation whose primal focus is on Human and Community Development. We are a conglomerate of passionate persons with unique philosophy to positively affect the lives of our neighbourhood, which culminates to gainfully impacting humanity. Mopris Foundation was borne out of deep passion for all-round well-being, and transformation of lives; especially in our host community, Okuku. The vision bearer of Mopris Foundation, Hon. Moses Eke Ibeh whom we all know for his colossal strides in human and community development has always said that: “The essence of life isn’t just the fact that we’ve lived or we’re living, but the impact and value we exchange with others.
As such, Mopris Foundation is of a school of thought that a man’s value isn’t qualified with the level of wealth he amassed, neither is it assessed by the chains of skyscrapers he erected, nor his fleet of cars and economic security. If your wealth hasn’t benefited that ordinary street boy or girl, man or woman around you; then you’re poor. Glory be to God, Mopris Foundation is already selling in the posterity market.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
Under the community development arm of Mopris foundation, we support businesses and empower good business ideas. We have a Welfare Scheme currently running for the sick, aged, widows and the less privileged. We also have a non-interest revolving loan for women. In 2020, Mopris Foundation not only attracted a ten million naira (N10,000,000.00) worth of World-Bank cum CSDP assisted project; He went further to pay a counterpart fund of One million naira (N1,000,000.00) on behalf of the community on the Project captioned “Doctors & Nurses Quarters” alongside “Market” which are now fully completed to the glory of God. Mopris Foundation and her CEO didn’t stop there; you may also recall that before now, He donated 10plots of land to Okuku and promised to build a Cottage Hospital for the community. As we talk today, the cottage Hospital is receiving its finishing touch.
